  • Recently, I had online topup-recharge my mobile but transaction failed and an amount of Rs.220 deducted from my bank account but not refunded back into my account. So, I think to lodge a complaint for it. So, real story start now. For two three days continuously I tried the complaint phone no 1503 of BSNL but nobody attended the phone for several hours. I tried the sms services complaint system at 51503 but no response. I used the complaint portal “http://portal.bsnl.in/bsnlcca/login.aspx” but it is not working. After selecting the choice it does not respond further. Registration of mobile also not respond with a password. There displaying another method of complaint booking through e-mail at “bsnl_wscc_bhopal@bsnl.co.in”, but actually a fake mail address bouncing back the mail. A government department is cheating. At following webaddress – “http://www.bsnl.co.in/opencms/bsnl/BSNL/about_us/consumer_griev.html” there displaying PG appellate authority to choose with displaying an e-mail address – “@bsnl.co.in”. Any computer layman will learn that it is not a mail address or incomplete. Not worked. A office telephone number was displayng – 0755-2767370, but on making a call the system announced that “this number does not exist”. What a government department complaint system – All information are either fake or not working at all. How a citizen can raise his complaint? Or for a trifle amount I approach a court every time? How transparency will come and how we can eradicate the corruption?

  • Government workers get salary in each month regardless how bad they perform at work. Most of India’s govt workers suck so much and that is the reason of poor service in every sector. Just get the job , then go to job and sleep..and get salary..

Dont use any fucking govt services .. avoid as many as u can. They dont give any fuck about your complaints. Use all private sector services.
