Our Smartphone is more important than our wallet and have very vital information including our bank details thereby almost all of us keep it locked by pattern lock or number lock. But locked phone becomes problematic when the owner got accident or any other mishaps. In such cases, no one can use his/her smartphone because of pattern lock except dialing emergency numbers.
In a locked smartphone, you can add mobile numbers of dear ones or members of your family in emergency numbers so that someone may dial those numbers in case of accidents etc.
To add mobile numbers of your family, follow following steps
- Open your contact in your smartphone
- Tap ICE group, here ICE stands for “In case of Emergency”
- Now add phone numbers from your contact list and save
Now all numbers in the ICE group will be displayed on Emergency Call screen. By tapping number of this group, one can dial it without unlocking the Smartphone
