BSNL has now launched two more high-valued Airfibre Plans namely Airfibre Ultra and Ultra Plus Plans in addition to previously available Plans. These two plans have the following features.
Airfibre Ultra Plan
- FMC= Rs 2995
- Data allowance= Unlimited data out of which 5000GB data at download speed up to 80Mbps and thereafter unlimited data at 15Mbps
- Multi-month payment options available
- Unlimited voice calling to any network
- One static IP free
Airfibre Ultra Plus Plan
- FMC= Rs 6995
- Data allowance= Unlimited data out of which 7500GB data at download speed up to 80Mbps and thereafter unlimited data at 25Mbps
- Multi-month payment options available
- Unlimited voice calling to any network
- One static IP free
The main difference between Ultra and Ultra Plus is the maximum speed and FUP limit. The Ultra Plus plan offers higher speeds and a higher FUP limit, making it a better choice for users who require high-speed internet for activities like gaming or large file transfers. However, it also comes with a higher monthly rental.
What is AirFibre Service
BSNL’s Bharat AirFibre services offer Broadband Plans over Radio Signal within a range of 5Km from the RF base station and are very useful for people residing in the rural or remote areas where regular Broadband services over fiber cable or copper cable are not available. The service is provided through Radio Broadband Service Providers (RBSP) who are private partners and are responsible to install last-mile connectivity equipment like RF base stations and associated equipment including CPE at customer premises. BSNL provides services up to the RF base station.
Most of the places RBSP offers bundles all three services voice calling, High-speed internet data usage, and TV channels for entertainment. Bharat Airfibre customers use the BSNL Wings app, for making voice calls. The service is also a good business opportunity for private partner RBSP, who can get up to 40% revenue share as commission from BSNL and also pass on some incentives to customers.
