Are you fed up with the inaction of BSNL on your complaints? Do you know How to Book a Complaint on the New Online Portal of BSNL?
There is a piece of good news; BSNL has developed a new integrated self-care system to monitor and track the complaint of its subscribers and resolve it within the time frame set by TRAI.
But before lodging your complaint, you have to ensure that you have exhausted all channels in resolving your complaint and still your complaint is not resolved. The first channel is to book your complaint by dialing toll-free complaint booking numbers 198, 1500, 1501, 1503, etc as per the nature of the complaint.
If still your complaint is not attended to by BSNL and not resolved your issue, you may contact the senior-most officer of the BSNL of your District, just search for the phone number of the senior officer, and if you manage to get his mobile number, send him either SMS or send Whatsapp message. Your complaint will be heard and resolved on priority.
If still your complaint is not heard and resolved, now you may lodge your complaint BSNL SelfCare portal. To register your complaint directly, you may CLICK HERE
On this portal, you have to provide your telephone number with an STD code and select the nature of the complaint from a popup menu. On successful registration of your complaint, you will be given the complaint number below
You can track your complaint at the following link by providing the complaint number.
Since this system doesn’t ask for your contact number or email ID, etc so it is uncertain about monitoring and resolving your complaint. Wait for 24 hours, if no one visits your premises then you may lodge your complaint on Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), You may go to the CPGRAMS portal by CLICK HERE.
On the CPGRAMS portal, the grievance can be lodged by registered people so first of all, you have to register by providing your all contact details, etc.
After registering yourself, you may lodge your complaint here, which is being monitored by the highest authority of Govt of India and there are more chances of resolving your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the response of the CPGRAMS system, you may now lodge your complaint at Prime Minister Office Grievance Portal.
You may CLICK HERE to directly land on the PMOPG portal and can lodge your complaint in detail max 4000 characters. It is certain your complaint will be heard here and resolved and you will also get a proper response from the PMOPG portal on the Mobile number or email ID given there.

Sir, my land line phone no.033-25323600 is dead since last 5(five) months. complains were lodged several times to cocerned authority.no action was taken till date. now what i found the tel .bill from last 3 (three) months is coming with an abnormal hike though i have bill plan -plan1200 annual for which the amount was dedeucted through my bank savings account in due time.. sir i request for your kind attention & do the necessary action to resume the line.
Hi Vijay, It is better, if you lodge your complaint on the BSNL portal, a link of which is given in the post, just click the link and fill up the details. One more thing, you can do, send a direct e-mail to General Manger of your city with a copy to CMD of BSNL. You can find the e-mail IDs of both offers from the website of BSNL.

Hi this is yernibabu, my land line number (08922 202065 wire less) we are using this number from last 5 years.
But from last one and half year land line charging is not giving atleast 10 minutes of charging backup hence we are not able to use my land line phone.
we had informed to srungavarapukota bsnl office 3 to 4 times but no proper response.
This is my last complient regarding this issue my family member planning to disconnect this land line permanently if no one responded.

I have getting some unwanted messages through mobile like voice chat by different numbers from BSNL and charging for that message for above 300 rupees within 6 days.so please repay our amount for these numbers (9487230739,8903530739) within 14 days and stop sending these unwanted messages otherwise I will go to the consumer court.

Dear Sir,
Its with great grief I am writing this letter to you.
For past 7 to 8 months I have been chasing the BSNL office to get my telephone line fixed but since then there is no action and till date the phone line is dead.
What I am hearing from them is that the have changed there office as a result they need to lay down the new lines and they dont have the funds for the same.
Also please note that for 5 months I have paid my bill in anticipation that my telephone line will get fixed but now out of sheer frustration I haven't paid the last 2 months bill and why should I pay ????
I would now humbly request you to please close my connection and I do not wish to pay further.
