Comparison of plans of AT&T’s two MVNOs, PureTalk and Cricket Wireless

USA: PureTalk, the MVNO, which us_puretalkuses network of nation’s second largest network of AT&T, launches two new prepaid plans at $24 and $15. The first plan at $24 offers unlimited talk, text plus 100MB of 4G data and 100MMS also.

The second plan at $15 offers 600 minutes of talk or text which means that you may use this 600 minutes for either talking or texting or for both. The charges for texting is 1/3 of a cent so you are able to send 1800 text messages if you use this plan to send text message only. PureTalk has two other plans at $35 and $45 which offers 1GB and 2GB of data ( not unlimited, additional data costs $4 for 100 MB) including unlimited talk and text.

Do you find these plans attractive ? Let us analyze these plans with another MVNO of AT&T i.e. if we compare these plans of PureTalk with Cricket Wireless then we find Cricket has $40 plan which offers unlimited talk, text plus 2.5GB data at high speed but if you want to use more data,you may use, unlimited data at reduced speed. Customers can get discount of  $5 if they opt for auto-pay option.

Cricket has two other plans at $50 and $60 ( if you opt auto-pay option, these plan costs $45 and $55 respectively) and they offers high speed data usage 5GB and 10GB respectively including unlimited talk and text.
