The present discount of 5% was reduced from 10% in 2015 but now to arrest the disconnection of Landline and Broadband connection, the BSNL management again revised the discount from 5% to 10%. But BSNL has to understand, a mere discount is not enough to retain an existing customer or to add new customers but also it has to improve the services of Landline and Broadband service.
