Romania, the seventh largest country of Europe is the lucky one where first time 4G LTE services are being launched on 31 October 2012, by Vodacom, subsidiary of Vodafone. The Vodafone has got more spectrum in an auction in Romania and paid 228 million euro is now becoming the first company which is going to launch 4G LTE service in the Romania.
The Vodafone will launch 4G LTE in a number of cities of Romania and will offer download speeds of up to 75Mbps and a number of services for free, for a limited period and from 2013, Vodafone Romania will offer 4G LTE services with speeds of up to 100Mbps. On the launch of 4G LTE services, Romanian will enjoy a variety of services as we are enjoying in India.
Romania may have second 4G operator, Orange which will start deploying its 4G LTE network before end of this year 2012.
