you need to keep a minimum balance in your prepaid mobile but if you are a customer of Airtel, you need not to worry now because Airtel has launched Call Me Back SMS for its prepaid customers so that Airtel customers get connected always.
With this innovative service of Airtel, now you can send a “call me back” request to the number from which you want to talk to otherwise you are not even to make a miss call due to insufficient balance less than Rs 1.
You will find this service very useful in the situation when you find that there is no balance in your prepaid mobile account but you need to contact your friends and family or office stuffs for any urgent help or recharging can not be possible for any other purposes.
So to use this service just follow the simple process:
Use this service whenever your account balance is less than 1 rupee. It is limited to maximum 3 tries a day.
Airtel users just need to write a msg ‘CALL <space> Airtel number ( this is the number you ask to call you back) and send it to toll free number 121.
For example, suppose you wish get a call from your friend whose number is 9932xxxxxx, so write the msg: CALL <space> 9932xxxxxx and send to the 121.
Your friend 9932xxxxxx will get a msg “Please call me back. Thank You.” And your friend will make call you.
Airtel brought this innovative service for all prepaid users so that they can contact with prepaid as wll as postpaid users in insufficient balance situation.
