How to take Talk Time Loan from Indian Mobile Operators

Most of Indian mobile operators provide facility of transfer talk time from one mobile to other mobile. This facility is very useful when a prepaid customer run out of talk time balance and they are far away from a recharging point so by using this facility they can get talk time from their relatives or friends who owns the mobile number of the same mobile operator.

But during odd hours, you can’t even tell your relatives or friend to transfer the talk time so in these instance cases, mobile operators have also started talk time loan facility. On the very next recharge, mobile operator deduct the talk time loan with a nominal fee.

Uninor is the newest entry in this club and the operator has started offering talk time loan of Rs 5 to its prepaid customers and when they will recharge next time, Uninor will deduct Rs 6 from your prepaid balance. Uninor customers can get talk time loan by dialing USSD code *141# from their mobile number.

Reliance Communication is also offering talk time loan on the same USSD code *141# . Reliance customer can take talk time loan of Rs 5 or Rs 10 and in return RCOM deduct Rs 6 or Rs 12 on the next recharge.

Vodafone India is also one more operator who also offers talk time credit (loan) in three denominations Rs 5, Rs 10 and Rs 25. To get talk time loan, Vodafone customers need to send a SMS  ‘Credit’ to 144, else they can also call 1241 and select the loan options.

Airtel is the only operator which gives talk time loan up to Rs 50 depending on the usage pattern of the subscribers. Airtel charges a fee of Rs. 3 for Rs.50 talk time loan.  Airtel is the only operator that gives highest talk time loan to its prepaid customers. Airtel customers need to dial *141# (*141*10#) from their  Airtel no. and choose option 3 ( Take advance talktime ) and confirm by pressing 1. Customer gets Rs.10 talktime instantly.

Idea offers minimum talk time loan of Rs 4 only for which they can dial 53555 and press 5 or they can USSD code *444# from their Idea number. Idea dedcust Rs. 5 on next recharge.

Aircel also offers talk time loan of Rs 10 and customers can get it by dialing *414# from their Aircel no. and choose option 1 ( Take Time Balance Loan ) or by sending a SMS “LOAN” to 55414. Aircel customer gets Rs.10 talktime instantly.

BSNL also offers talk time loan of Rs 10 in the form of Credit for which customers need to send a SMS “CREDIT” to 53738. BSNL credits Rs.10 talktime instantly.
