On the occasion of the new year, BSNL has announced that there will be no blackout days in 2021. BSNL subscribers would be able to use freebies associated with all Plan Vouchers (PVs) or Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) on all the days without any restrictions.
But the question is now whether this special offer of blackout days beneficial for users in this smartphone era?
