How to Book Complaint on New Online Portal of BSNL

Are you fed up with the inaction of BSNL on your complaints? Do you know How to Book a Complaint on the New Online Portal of BSNL?

There is a piece of good news; BSNL has developed a new integrated self-care system to monitor and track the complaint of its subscribers and resolve it within the time frame set by TRAI.

But before lodging your complaint, you have to ensure that you have exhausted all channels in resolving your complaint and still your complaint is not resolved. The first channel is to book your complaint by dialing toll-free complaint booking numbers 198, 1500, 1501, 1503, etc as per the nature of the complaint.

If still your complaint is not attended to by BSNL and not resolved your issue, you may contact the senior-most officer of the BSNL of your District, just search for the phone number of the senior officer, and if you manage to get his mobile number, send him either SMS or send Whatsapp message. Your complaint will be heard and resolved on priority.

On this portal, you have to provide your telephone number with an STD code and select the nature of the complaint from a popup menu. On successful registration of your complaint, you will be given the complaint number below

Since this system doesn’t ask for your contact number or email ID, etc so it is uncertain about monitoring and resolving your complaint. Wait for 24 hours, if no one visits your premises then you may lodge your complaint on Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), You may go to the CPGRAMS portal by CLICK HERE.

On the CPGRAMS portal, the grievance can be lodged by registered people so first of all, you have to register by providing your all contact details, etc.

After registering yourself, you may lodge your complaint here, which is being monitored by the highest authority of Govt of India and there are more chances of resolving your complaint.

If you are not satisfied with the response of the CPGRAMS system, you may now lodge your complaint at Prime Minister Office Grievance Portal.

You may CLICK HERE to directly land on the PMOPG portal and can lodge your complaint in detail max 4000 characters. It is certain your complaint will be heard here and resolved and you will also get a proper response from the PMOPG portal on the Mobile number or email ID given there.

    My name is vimal gohel from gujarat, rajkot. I want to bsnl broadband connection at my home so first i goes to bsnl main branch at rajkot and meet marketting person of bsnl and he gave me reply for first he will check feasibility of bsnl connection available or not then i leave the office. Second day i went to office and ask him to feasibility yes or no but he gives me answer, he forwarded his status to another person and that another person not answering him then i will leave and third day i went to office for the same and he says that person not giving answer for that so that marketting person gives me another person’s mobile no and after half & hour i called to that another person so he says me i m not available for 2 to 3 days in rajkot call after 2 – 3 days. After that i called to marketting person and saying him this discussion details with another person and marketting person gave me another person no. So i called him and he says i will saying you in half & hour but he not called me and i called him another day but he not received my phone 2 to 3 times then i goes to bsnl office and saying that to marketting person and after half & hour i tried to call that person and finally he recieved my phone and saying me if any bsnl user available in your area then visibility yes otherwise not. Then i checked at my area and finally in my area one bsnl user is avialble and i called to second another person but that person says i will send person to check for connection but still 5 to 6 days goes no any person coming to check feasiblity, i called to that second another person he not received my phone.

    Sir, Last 10 to 12 days i m trying for the bsnl connection but not giving me answer for feasibility and not giving me any answer. What can i do for that please help me to take bsnl broadband connection.

    I have all person’s mobile number. If you want, i definitely giving you.

    Please take action about that.

    • Finally i got call of person saying that bsnl feasibility not avialable at your home but question is why. First time he saying me that if bsnl user avialable at your area then feasibility yes otherwise no. So why he gives me negative answer. WHY ?????

    GOODMORNING SIR.. I LOST HOPE.IAM REALLY FED UP OF THIS BB.BSNL STAFF IS CHALLENGING ME THAT HE WON’T ATTEND THE PROBLEM.SIR, I’VE CHANGED MY MODEM ASLO AND RECONFIGURED USING BSNL STAFF,BUT HENCE BB IS DEAD., EVEN GOOGLE IS NOT OPENING, BUT IAM UNDER RS850.- SCHEME.SINCE THERE IS A PROBLEM IN PHONE LINE(DSL LINE).INSPITE OF MY PROMPT BILL PAYMENT OF RS1500/- MONTHLY(INCLUDING TAXES),MY BB INTERNET IS OFTEN GIVING PROBLEM.TELEPHONE WIRE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED FROM THE POST TO MY HOME..THEN WHAT IS THE USE IN PAYING RS1500/- MONTHLY AS U KNOW THAT FROM SEP7′ 2015 BSNL PROMISED TO GIVE 2MBPS SPEED TO ALL BSNL BB USERS FOR ALL THE SCHEMES..I’VE VAST OFFICE WORK TO BE DONE AT HOME TO COMPLETE THIS I NEED ATLEAST 2MBPS SPEED. .LL WIRES ARE FALLING ON TRANSMISSION WIRE & HENCE THERE IS A DISTURBANCE.MOREOVER DSL IS NOT THR’.IAM FACING THIS PROBLEM SINCE MY ACCOUNT OPENING.(2009).IT WORKED EFFECTIVELY FOR 3 WEEKS.AGAIN THE PROBLEM CONTINUES..   • BSNL is going to suck it off …. Bcoz upcoming days the Bsnl network is very slow and irregular … And the BSNL NETWORK should take action …. And BSNL network is saying that BSNL is a 3G service but Truth is THE BSNL IS AN 2G SERVICE ….. and this problems continues then the BSNL NETWORK will SUCK IT OFF .. . BULLSHIT….
