Are you fed up with the inaction of BSNL on your complaints? Do you know How to Book a Complaint on the New Online Portal of BSNL?
There is a piece of good news; BSNL has developed a new integrated self-care system to monitor and track the complaint of its subscribers and resolve it within the time frame set by TRAI.
But before lodging your complaint, you have to ensure that you have exhausted all channels in resolving your complaint and still your complaint is not resolved. The first channel is to book your complaint by dialing toll-free complaint booking numbers 198, 1500, 1501, 1503, etc as per the nature of the complaint.
If still your complaint is not attended to by BSNL and not resolved your issue, you may contact the senior-most officer of the BSNL of your District, just search for the phone number of the senior officer, and if you manage to get his mobile number, send him either SMS or send Whatsapp message. Your complaint will be heard and resolved on priority.
How to Book Complaint on New Online Portal of BSNL
If still your complaint is not heard and resolved, now you may lodge your complaint BSNL SelfCare portal. To register your complaint directly, you may CLICK HERE
On this portal, you have to provide your telephone number with an STD code and select the nature of the complaint from a popup menu. On successful registration of your complaint, you will be given the complaint number below

BSNL Complaint tracking
Since this system doesn’t ask for your contact number or email ID, etc so it is uncertain about monitoring and resolving your complaint. Wait for 24 hours, if no one visits your premises then you may lodge your complaint on Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), You may go to the CPGRAMS portal by CLICK HERE.
On the CPGRAMS portal, the grievance can be lodged by registered people so first of all, you have to register by providing your all contact details, etc.
After registering yourself, you may lodge your complaint here, which is being monitored by the highest authority of Govt of India and there are more chances of resolving your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the response of the CPGRAMS system, you may now lodge your complaint at Prime Minister Office Grievance Portal.
You may CLICK HERE to directly land on the PMOPG portal and can lodge your complaint in detail max 4000 characters. It is certain your complaint will be heard here and resolved and you will also get a proper response from the PMOPG portal on the Mobile number or email ID given there.

I RECHARGED MY BSNL NUMBER 9413437875 TWO TIMES WHICH IS A PARAMILITARY SIM. I RECHARGED ALWAYS OF 99 RS/-.BUT THIS TIME I RECHARGED TWO TIMES MY BSNL NUMBER.

BUT I GET THE VALIDITY ONLY FOR ONE MONTH.FOR GET DETAIL ABOUT THIS PROBLEM I CALL ON 1503.BUT THEIR IS NO RESPONSE. BSNL CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT ATTEND THE CALL.CUSTOMER CARE IGNORE THIS NUMBER.

MY TELEPHONE NO IS 08181-235193 working in rural karnataka, it is service related society to the rural former, my office telephone is not working since one and half year, we need internet conn also. several complaint lodged no response from bsnl side they kept simply mum. complaint lodged in on-line portal is KRK/CO/2016/6145,7658 ETC. This is helpful to rural formers. the exchange is hardly situated with in 2.5 km and several cables are passing near by and not even single telephone is working in this reason, connections are forcibly closed because of bad service. contact mobile 919449623592

our landline phone number:08419-238073.phone is not working since last 3 months. we have complained to our local telephone office(vajrally) but they didn’t take correct action.and also I have complained to karwar head office. still they didn’t take correct action.we are very puzzle for such poor service.so kindly requesting you to take proper action about this and repair it soon.because in our place there is no mobile phone network also we need landline phone.so please take proper action for this.

I have tried several times for my dead phone. But strange no one picked on tollfree numbers also.
