How to Book Complaint on New Online Portal of BSNL

Are you fed up with the inaction of BSNL on your complaints? Do you know How to Book a Complaint on the New Online Portal of BSNL?

There is a piece of good news; BSNL has developed a new integrated self-care system to monitor and track the complaint of its subscribers and resolve it within the time frame set by TRAI.

But before lodging your complaint, you have to ensure that you have exhausted all channels in resolving your complaint and still your complaint is not resolved. The first channel is to book your complaint by dialing toll-free complaint booking numbers 198, 1500, 1501, 1503, etc as per the nature of the complaint.

If still your complaint is not attended to by BSNL and not resolved your issue, you may contact the senior-most officer of the BSNL of your District, just search for the phone number of the senior officer, and if you manage to get his mobile number, send him either SMS or send Whatsapp message. Your complaint will be heard and resolved on priority.

How to Book Complaint on New Online Portal of BSNL

On this portal, you have to provide your telephone number with an STD code and select the nature of the complaint from a popup menu. On successful registration of your complaint, you will be given the complaint number below

Since this system doesn’t ask for your contact number or email ID, etc so it is uncertain about monitoring and resolving your complaint. Wait for 24 hours, if no one visits your premises then you may lodge your complaint on Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), You may go to the CPGRAMS portal by CLICK HERE.

On the CPGRAMS portal, the grievance can be lodged by registered people so first of all, you have to register by providing your all contact details, etc.

After registering yourself, you may lodge your complaint here, which is being monitored by the highest authority of Govt of India and there are more chances of resolving your complaint.

If you are not satisfied with the response of the CPGRAMS system, you may now lodge your complaint at Prime Minister Office Grievance Portal.

You may CLICK HERE to directly land on the PMOPG portal and can lodge your complaint in detail max 4000 characters. It is certain your complaint will be heard here and resolved and you will also get a proper response from the PMOPG portal on the Mobile number or email ID given there.

    I woul like to inform you that my basic land line phone not geting Fast dialing (Tone dial) and caller ID since last one month. while all these facilities i subscribes last 16 years, suddenly all above mentioned facilities has been withdrawl by area excgange, while i have many time oral complaint to Exchange SDO but he did not solve my problem.
    I request you to go my case symphatically,as i am facing many problem. Please do the needfull.

  • sir, my land line no.03214 235454 is dead since 2011.I have registered complaints several times,but sorry to say,NO ACTION TAKEN.may I request for your kind help ?
