  • Dear sir,
I am a BSNL Landline customer for more than 3 decades. But just over three months ago my Landline number 0478-2877689 became dead.It has been working erratically for the past many months before it finally died more than three months ago.It has a broad band connection too.Inspite of my complaints and personal visits to the Aroor Bsnl office nothing has been done. But they were so prompt in sending me bills for ungiven services that i paid cursing.I am requesting you to kindly reconnect the line with the broad band and adjust the amount i paid for the future bills.

  • Firstly, here are my connection information.

    Phone Number:- 01733-230499
    Customer Id:- 1021281799

I need to tell you that around two years back, I had registered a complaint for “Malfunctioning of broadband” .

For this, I tried to talk to customer care executive to register my complaint but phone kept on ringing and then disconnected. I tried so a many times but got the same. At last, I registered a complaint through IVRS. After one week, internet started to work fine.

Again after one year, there again started frequent disconnection of internet. So I again tried to register a new complaint on call, there was an IVRS message telling that your complaint had already been registered and work in progress. So i waited for sometime. After two weeks, I tried again but there was same message. Then I visited a nearby exchange office(Pinjore). They told me that the line was fine and there could be a fault in modem even without inspecting it. Next day, i took my modem to exchange and they kept it there till evening. It was working fine. They told me that they would visit me next day to resolve the issue. Many days passed but they kept on saying the same thing about visit “Aaaj Kar denge or kal kar denge”.

I had already taken so many leaves from my office so that i could have them at my home but no one visited. One day they came to my place and interchanged the line with the one that was working fine and told me there would not be any issue now onward.I said to them that it was not a permanent solution for the problem as the other line could have the same problem. But they didn’t reply and moved on. It was around two weeks that internet worked fine and the same issue started again and I came to know that this time they had interchanged the line again to make broadband to work for the other customer.

It made me really annoyed. It wasn’t possible for me to be at home to get that issue resolved by them. Then I decided to register an Online Complaint at “http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in”. I registered there and waited for the confirmation or revert email. But I didn’t get any email in response. Every time i visited the website and clicked on the link to get the password as it should be sent on email but there was no such email.I even couldn’t reset the password as the message displayed “Your id is not verified. It is under process once it will confirmed then you can change your password.”. So i was left with no other option rather than waiting for the revert email.

Last I visited the exchange office again on 13/1/2015. They told me that there was fault for wire and they would need wire of 400 meter in length and asked me to talk S.D.O Virender (9416044744) for wire. I made him phone calls so many times as he was not present in the office.Even there was no response for the phone calls. Around at 4 o’clock in the evening, he received the call and assured me to get that done within two days. Its been four days now and nothing had been done and no response for the phone calls by S.D.O.

Two days back, it was by luck that I could talk to customer care executive and she informed me that the complaint that was registered two years back was still not closed and she couldn’t lodge a new complaint unless the previous one was closed. So she guided me talk on 0171-2640640, 0171-2602700. Also she confirmed my id for “http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in”.

I called on 0171-2602700 and narrated the lady (PG Appellate Authority) the whole issue and she assured me to look into the matter.

Yesterday, I received the call from 0171-2631543 and the man asked me that if the internet had started to work but i replied him that still its not working as it actually wasn’t working. After few hours, i received an email with content
“AS PER SDE KKA, TEL NO. 230499 IS DISCONNECTED DUE TO NON PAYMENT.” from SDE OPN Ambala

So as per received email the bill is not cleared which is not true and reverted back on the email with last bill payment e-receipt. I have also attached here bill payment e-receipt.

Now i am really very fed up of all this and need a solution for my problem.

Looking forward to hear from you!!!
