BSNL today has made announcement to hike the fixed monthly charges (FMC) of its most adopted plan of landline in rural as well as urban areas. As per this announcement, from billing cycle starting 1 November, 2015 and onward, the FMC of existing Rs 120 will be increased to Rs 140 plus the free calls will also be reduced from 120 to 75 only but in lieu of this increased tariff, BSNL will also allow their landline customers to make unlimited free calls to both landline and mobile of any network in between 9PM to 7AM.
Similar hike in tariff of existing plans whose FMC are Rs 140, Rs 160, Rs 195 and Rs 220 will come into effect from 1 November, 2015 as per following exclusive picture.
