BSNL revised FMC for Sulabh Plan to Rs 150

BSNL has announced the revision of tariff for its Sulabh Plan of landline telephone connection across the country in all telecom circles. Now uniform FMC is being charged, Rs 90 in rural areas where the connection is provided from a telephone exchange of capacity of less than 30000 lines while for all other urban customers, the FMC is now Rs 150.

The security deposit for the new Sulabh Plan is in the range of Rs 250 to Rs 2000 as per Local, STD, or International facility.

Mostly customer opts “SULABH Plan” when they need either to use their landline connection for incoming call only or they want to avail ADSL Broadband Services on their landline connections.

The outgoing calling facility is barred in Sulabh Plan but if anyone wants to make an outing call, they can make by using ITC cards or directly by dialing from their landline phone but all outgoing calls are chargeable, no call is free. However, emergency numbers like 100, 101, 102, etc may be contacted from telephone connection under Sulabh Plan
