BSNL offers longer validity attached with its almost all vouchers as compared to other telecom service providers (TSPs) even then few BSNL customers forgot to recharge their phone because they continue to receive calls.
BSNL allows two types of grace periods for customers who don’t recharge their plan timely, GP1 and GP2.
