BSNL today made an announcement 
for introduction of a variety of special tariff vouchers (STVs) that may either make your call cheaper or just reduced the validity of existing STVs.
The state owned PSU, introduced following new STVs
MRP Rs 69 offering to make all local calls on any-net @1p per 2 sec having validity of 30 days.
MRP Rs 209 offering to make all local calls on any-net @1p per 2 sec plus it credit Rs 25 talk value in your main account having validity of 90 days.
The validity of following STVs priced at Rs 44, Rs 122, Rs 47 and Rs 84 have been reduced from 2 days to 24 days, see the details.
The PSU has also revised feature of following two special STVs as detailed below.
MRP Rs 88 applicable to “Per min plan” customers, offering have been revised from @45p/min for all voice calls to different charging of On-net calls and Off-net calls @10p/min and @30p/min respectively.
MRP Rs 42 applicable to “Per sec plan” customers, offering have been revised from @0.8p/sec for all voice calls to different charging of On-net calls and Off-net calls @1p per 3 sec and @2p per 3 sec respectively. The price of this STV may differ in some telecom circle by plus Rs 2 or minus Rs 1.
All the above STVs will be available on PAN India basis from 16 January-2016.
