It is not so long time when BSNL had stopped their prepaid customers to carry forward their unused data but now BSNL customers may jump again with joy because BSNL have realised the competition from its rivals who are offering data carry forward facility and the PSU has announced today to withdraw its earlier stand i.e. now onwards BSNL customer can carry forward their unused data.
This faciliy will be available to BSNL customers in all four zones across the coutry.
Today’s announcement will give a great relief to those prepaid data customers who are not able to use their full data allowance before the exiry of validity. Henceforth such customers, if load a data STV before exirty of validity, their unused data will carry forward to next validity period.
Suppose a customer load data STV of Rs 155 which allows him 1GB data with validity of 26 days and he uses merely 700MB data till 25th day. If he load again a data STV of Rs 155 again, he will get 1GB afresh and will be able to use total 1.3GB within validity period of 26 days.
Airtel, Relianc Communication and Tata DoCoMo also offer the same data carry-forward facility to their customer.
