UK based pioneer in Android tablet, Archos unveiled an 8-inch Android tablet “Archos 80 Xenon” with built-in 3G for the user who want a full connected tablet experience anywhere, anytime. The tablet will be available in the market in the price tag of $199.99 (£159.99) from next month of June-2013.
The Archos 80 xenon is powered by 1.2 GHz quad core processor and will run on latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. The tablet have two cameras, front camera is web camera while rear camera is 2MP camera only which may not be its main attraction while main attraction is its connectivity on 3G through 3G HSPA modem and you can use any type of SIM from any mobile operator. The other main feature is that it has internal memory of 4GB and it can be expanded up to 64GB via micro SD card.
The tablet also has connectivity options on Wi-Fi and 2G network and also supports MMS and SMS.
The Archos 80 xenon has inbuilt GPS combined with Google Maps make the user easy to access to maps and directions.
