Are you fed up with the inaction of BSNL on your complaints? Do you know How to Book a Complaint on the New Online Portal of BSNL?
There is a piece of good news; BSNL has developed a new integrated self-care system to monitor and track the complaint of its subscribers and resolve it within the time frame set by TRAI.
But before lodging your complaint, you have to ensure that you have exhausted all channels in resolving your complaint and still your complaint is not resolved. The first channel is to book your complaint by dialing toll-free complaint booking numbers 198, 1500, 1501, 1503, etc as per the nature of the complaint.
If still your complaint is not attended to by BSNL and not resolved your issue, you may contact the senior-most officer of the BSNL of your District, just search for the phone number of the senior officer, and if you manage to get his mobile number, send him either SMS or send Whatsapp message. Your complaint will be heard and resolved on priority.
How to Book Complaint on New Online Portal of BSNL
If still your complaint is not heard and resolved, now you may lodge your complaint BSNL SelfCare portal. To register your complaint directly, you may CLICK HERE
On this portal, you have to provide your telephone number with an STD code and select the nature of the complaint from a popup menu. On successful registration of your complaint, you will be given the complaint number below

BSNL Complaint tracking
Since this system doesn’t ask for your contact number or email ID, etc so it is uncertain about monitoring and resolving your complaint. Wait for 24 hours, if no one visits your premises then you may lodge your complaint on Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), You may go to the CPGRAMS portal by CLICK HERE.
On the CPGRAMS portal, the grievance can be lodged by registered people so first of all, you have to register by providing your all contact details, etc.
After registering yourself, you may lodge your complaint here, which is being monitored by the highest authority of Govt of India and there are more chances of resolving your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the response of the CPGRAMS system, you may now lodge your complaint at Prime Minister Office Grievance Portal.
You may CLICK HERE to directly land on the PMOPG portal and can lodge your complaint in detail max 4000 characters. It is certain your complaint will be heard here and resolved and you will also get a proper response from the PMOPG portal on the Mobile number or email ID given there.

there is no internet signal at office at well as at home….as soon. Every 15 days I have to complaint for the signal. All brrrrahimins in BSNL is sssspreading the open barbaric brahminical terrorismmm sincer 2014..At home sometimes I get the very low signal. As soon as the presstitute and pimp media started circulating election results on the basis of evm scam the already low signal become negligible or lost most of the time ….what the head of bsnl MR. Sharma is spreading the barbaric brahhhhhmin terrorism from the head office of RSS or what? or all the towers are transferred to the terrorist ambani as a part and parcel of brahminnnn corruption of bsnl head sharma and the ambanissss who is helping the brahmiiiiiin terrorist party BJP in undertaking the evm scams and winning the elections….dont think that brahminical barbaric terrorism we will bear it silently and bear the corruption of the brahminnnnn baniyaaaaa clubhouse juidiciary and the elecccction cooooommissioner….

MY LAND LINE TELEPHONE NO 04426532683. I MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE WORKING OF THE TELEPHONE AND BROAD BAND CONNECTION. ALMOST 20 COMPLAINTS WERE MADE IN A MONTH FOR THE WORKING CONDITION OF THE PHONE. I AM IN CENTRAL POLICE SERVICE AND THE ONLY COMMUNICATION IS THE PHONE WITH MY PARENTS.
THE JTO ONE MONTH AGO CAME AND ASSURED THAT THE LINE WILL BE ALRIGHT AND HE SAID HE WILL CHANGE THE CABLE ETC. NOTHING SO FAR DONE. THERE IS NO DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE HIGHER OFFICIALS HERE. IF THIS SITUATION CONTINUES I MAY FORCE TO FORGO MY CONNECTION AND SEEK ALTERNATE.

I did not know if this is the right portal. But I have to say BSNL services are terrible. I am trying to get a broadband connection from last 2 months. Applied online/from mobile 4 times. Not even a single response from their side. Today visited 3 BSNL offices. First went to bilgram it is 14 km from my home. When I reached there. Office was locked at 10:30 am. Then we knocked the door a guard from inside open the lock. And tell no-one is here in the office. Then he gives me a mobile number to call. Then we called (Annat 9415434626). And he pick the call and replied in my area there is no active connection. And line is not available. So I can not have a broadband connection. And told that BSNL has closed the WIMAX services. And I can get a connection only after 6-7 month when fiber related work done.
Then I went to hardoi 40 km from my home. Here went to the civiline office. First seems no-one is there. But after searching a man told that. We have to go some other office which is 2 km away from there. So I went there. That was a quite a big building. But no one seems to be there. Then got a person he told that I can look in lower floor. But no one there. Then a man told to ask from guard. Went there he also seems to know nothing. Then a man old me to contact the man named (Vikas 9415563660 9455929410) is the right person to contact but he is not in the office. And that time was 11:30 AM. And no confirms if he will be available in office or not. Called him to 4-5 times but call not picked.
So did not know what is happening in the BSNL everyone is so careless.
