TRAI allows new recharge coupon “Combo voucher”

At present we can see following three types of vouchers in telecom market

1. Plan Vouchers: These are used at the time of new connections and can be used either through cards or electronically

2. Top-up coupons: These are used for adding monetary value or validity period  in to pre-paid account of customers and

3. Special Tariff Vouchers: These are offered by mobile operators to offer value added services or discounts on services.

Now in near future we will see the telecom market flooded with fourth type of recharge coupon “Combo

vouchers” because now the TRAI has allowed all the mobile operators to provide this new “Combo vouchers”

This new kind of recharge of recharge coupon “Combo vouchers” will provide dual benefit to mobile prepaid customers, on one side this will add talk value and validity in their mobile phones accounts and other side customer will be allowed to avail services at discounted rates.

Now this fourth category of voucher “Combo voucher” will facilitate the prepaid subscriber  to add monetary value as well as get benefit of special tariffs through a single transaction instead
