Tata DoCoMo launched a drive to promote its high-speed wired broadband service in all telecom circles where the company has coverage. 
The prospective customers who will subscribe to its high speed broadband service and will pay 12 moths rental in advance at the time of booking of service, they will be offered Tablet of worth Rs 5000 or Tablet of worth Rs 39000 or a Laptop Bag according to the plan.
Tata DoCoMo has three unlimited standalone plan of monthly rental of Rs 1199, Rs 1499 and Rs 1999 and allows using broadband at the speed of 750 Kbps and 1 Mbps without FUP. It also has nine unlimited broadband plan with fair usage policy (FUP) starting from 4 Mbps to 100 Mbps.
The customers who will subscribe to any plan except 100 Mbps plan will be offered a Tablet, Brand not revealed, worth Rs 5000 and those who will subscribe to 100Mbps plan will be offered a Premium Tablet of worth Rs 39000. Subscribers also have an option to get a Laptop Bag. Subscribers will be eligible to get the benefit of the offer if they will pay 12 moths rental in advance at the time of booking and this offer is available till 30 September-2013.

Terms and conditions of the offer are as below.
• The Offer is valid in all telecom circles of TTL and in areas Tata Docomo has network coverage.
• The customers may avail all or some of the offers; but under different broadband connections.
• Free Attractive tablet Offer worth up to Rs. 5000/- (“Attractive Tablet Offer”)
- Free Attractive Tablet Offer requires the customers to subscribe to TTL broadband connection under standard standalone or combo (broadband + voice) plan, and make advance payment of 12 months rentals (standard standalone plan – with monthly rental >= Rs. 1099 &, combo (broadband + voice) – with monthly rental >=Rs.1199
• Free Premium tablet Offer worth Rs. 39,000/-(“Premium tablet offer”)
- Premium tablet offer requires the customers opting for 100Mbps speed to subscribe to TTL broadband connection under standard* broadband plan, and make advance payment of 12 months rentals.
• Laptop Bag Offer (“Bag Offer”)
- Bag Offer requires the customers to subscribe to TTL broadband connection under standard standalone or combo (broadband + voice) plan
• The above Offers cannot be clubbed with each other.
• Attractive Tablet Offer shall entitle the customer fulfilling the conditions of Attractive Tablet Offer, to a tablet worth up to Rs. 5000/- once during the Offer Period.
• Premium tablet offer shall entitle the customer fulfilling the conditions of Premium tablet offer to a tablet worth Rs. 39,000/- once during the Offer Period.
• Bag Offer shall entitle the customer fulfilling the conditions of Premium tablet offer to a laptop bag.
• In addition, the customers subscribing to the above Offer will also be eligible for other benefits that may otherwise be available with the above subscription plans.
• All other terms & conditions relating to the broadband subscriptions shall apply.
• Offer shall be valid for the period from 1st July 2013 to 30th Sept 2013(“Offer Period”).
• TTL does not guarantee or make any representations or warranties regarding the quality, performance and utility of the Tablet and it shall be as per the terms of the manufacturer and all the claims of the subscribers in this regard shall lie solely against the manufacturers.
• Tablet/Laptop bag shall be delivered by TTL to the customer within 4 to 6 weeks from activation of broadband connection.
• TTL reserves the right to offer the Tablet of any model or make, as per the availability.
• The pictures of the gifts on promotional material is only a representation, and the actual product may vary.
• All applicable taxes to avail the gift will be borne by the concerned subscriber.
