T-Mobile rejigged Prepaid Plans, launches Simply Prepaid Plans starting $40

us_t-mo_simplyprepaidT-Mobile has just now announced new set of prepaid plans dubbed Simply Prepaid, to be sold from its T-Mobile stores.

US’s fourth largest and fastest growing 4G LTE service provider, T-Mobile have announced three “Simply Prepaid” plans at $40, $50 and $60. All plans will offer unlimited talk, text and 3G data. Different pricing is based on the amount of high speed 4G data allowance associated with each plan.

The $40 plan offers 1GB, $50 plan offers 3GB while $60 plan will offer 5GB of 4G LTE data. Once 4G data  allotment used by the customer, speed  will be throttled to 3G speeds for the remaining period of the month.

T-Mobile’s existing Pay As You Go (PAYG) prepaid plan at $30 offers even better deal for those who talks less and uses data only. The $30 plan offers 5GB of data at 4G speed in addition to unlimited text and 100 minutes of talk.

T-Mobile’s prepaid arm, MetroPCS has same set of prepaid plans but offers better allowances i.e. MetroPCS’s $60 plan comes with unlimited 4G LTE data, without throttling, while T-Mobile’s $60 plan offers 5GB of 4G LTE data after which speed throttles.

All these Simply Prepaid plan will be available across the nation from January 25, 2015. Unused data cannot be rolled over to the next month in T-Mobile’s new Simply Preapaid plans as it offers it Simple choice plans.
