Lava International, popularly known for budget mobile phones, has rolled out a new tablet E-tab Xtron with a catchy tagline – ‘Future Now’.
The Xtron tab has 7 inch IPS capacitive multitouch display of 1024 x 600 pixel resolution. The Xtron tab is loaded with the latest Android Jelly Bean OS version 4.1 that means the navigation is faster than other tablets in the same range. The Xtron is powered by dual core processor clocked at 1.5GHz with quad-core graphics processing unit. It has 1GB DDR3 RAM and 8 GB internal memory which can be further expanded up to 32GB with microSD card.
Lava has partnered with several content partners to bundle the preloaded contents – free entertainment package worth Rs 2000 from Hungama.com, one month unlimited online movie package form BigFlix for Re 1, free VedicMaths package, Discount worth Rs 4,000 on MeritNation.com, free career booster package and additional 20% discount on Edukart.com, Uahoy offers unlimited prizes everyday.

There is no in-built SIM slot but you can attach 3G dongle.

Lava E-Tab Xtron priced at Rs. 6,499 that is quite good and the tab should do well. The Lava E-tab is now available for buy in pre-order at major cities like Mumbai, Banglore, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune.None of the earlier Lava tablets able to hit the customers. Hopefully, this time Lava E-Tab XTRON will make this change.
In the price range customer may think for Swipe tablets which are also having better features.
