After scrapping all the old 
data STV, BSNL introduced four plus four total eight new data STV effective from this Independence day 15 August-2013. Now once again BSNL is re-launching its most famous old 7GB data STV, which was earlier branded for “Yuva” and was available for Rs 599.
The new Data STV is priced Rs 821 (including Service Tax) for prepaid customers and will allow the user to use 7GB of data usage free of cost for full 60 days. This data usage may be 3G or 2G as per network availability and as per your handset supporting 3G or 2G.
For postpaid customers, 7GB of data is allowed to use by adding an add-on data pack of special discounted price of Rs 666 (this price doesn’t include service tax). This price is Rs 65 less as compared to STV priced for prepaid customer.
The additional data usage by prepaid customer will be charges 2p/10KB while postpaid customer will be billed for additional data usage at the rate of 1p/10KB.
