In an effort to offer matching 
tariff with other mobile operators, BSNL has come out with an attractive offer to add more new prepaid GSM subscribers.
BSNL has planned to offer reduced call tariffs @50p/min for customers opting “Per minutes plan” and @0.8p/sec for customers opting “Per sec plan”. These reduced call tariff will be valid for all types of calls local/STD/On-net/Off-net.
New customer will enjoy these reduced call rates for initial 90 days thereafter they will reverted to original base tariffs i.e. @Rs1/min or @1.8p/sec as per their plan.
BSNL have further stated that during this reduced call tariffs period, customers in North and East Zone circles would not be able to load service class STVs i.e all rate cutter STVs (for example STV 44 etc) due to technical limitations.
The reduced call rates won’t be extended for further recharges. This offer will be available from 1-2-2015 on PAN India basis.
