AT&T’s MVNO Cricket dares to compete T-Mobile, offers credit $100 to T-Mobile customers on switch

us_T-Mobile-cricketAT&T’s main prepaid MVNO, Cricket has dared to compete with T-Mobile and has offered a bill credit worth $100 to customers on T-Mobile and MetroPCS who will switch to Cricket.

Looking at the prepaid plans of Cricket which offers unlimited talk, text and 500MB LTE data on AT&T’s network at just $40 while T-Mobile is going to upgrade its $40 Simple choice plan from offering 500MB to 2GB by paying additional fee of $5 only i.e. T-Mobile’s $45 plan will offer 2GB LTE data starting September 3, 2014.

Other plans of Cricket are $50 and $60 which offers 2.5GB and 5GB respectively in contrast with T-Mobile’s $50 plan which offers 1GB and $60 plan for 3GB.

Customers at Cricket may further reduce their monthly expenses by opting Auto Pay option by which they get $5 of bill credit each month on their chosen plan.

Cricket offers maximum download speed on compatible 4G LTE devices up to 8Mbps, and in case a customer exceeds the data limit, the speed is reduced to 128Kbps for the remainder of the month.
